Ever wondered how the body heals? It’s a remarkable vehicle that we often just don’t stop and think about how does it really heal? The body is an entity all on it’s own. Well, not entirely on it’s own as it has a connection to it’s own source. The Eastern wisdom has known this for centuries. The Chi, Ki, Prana and anything else you wish to call it. Or in our very English terms-Energy………..Life-Force Energy.
It exists in everything upon this earth. Science is slow to catch up with it, however is starting to and the Western medicine is now beginning to adopt the Eastern philosophies. Your body can heal itself and truly does in every minute. Replenishing itself with new cells whilst dead ones are being shed. When we get out of our own way, we allow our bodies to truly heal.
All disease comes from a thinking that is not in harmony with the being. Chronic Negative Emotions and long periods of sadness, hate, anger or any negative emotion is not good for us long term. If we hold ourselves away too long we will feel the discord, or disagreement form within. If we separate ourselves away from our souls for lengthy periods of time, disease-DIS -EASE(lack of ease) and illness will manifest. This is stress.
Life force energy is flowing to us all of the time, it is only us who stops, cuts or gets in the way of our own flow. In order to allow your flow, one must do things that are harmonious or at least bring us pleasure. Seeking emotional relief from within will allow you to step into your power. This is the path to regaining your full connection to yourself in order to live a fulfilling life.
Negative emotions are a part of our experience. They do not define us. We are experiencing them. We are not them and all states of emotion are temporary. Negative emotions is inner guidance telling you something about what you are thinking and feeling. When you make the decision to feel good on purpose and deal with things that come up, you are truly doing the work.
Positive emotions or feelings are wonderful. They tell us that we are in alignment and through this awareness we are are also raising our vibration. Fear and bad things cannot enter your world when you are operating from a place of happiness, peace, contentedness or joy. In fact, any positive emotion is wonderful to your wellbeing.
But remember, we are here to experience life. Negative emotions are a part of our experience and so if and when they present, process them. The faster you process the less it will come into your life. Haven't you ever noticed happy or content people, have very little drama in their lives? And if they do it is fixed or smoothed out very fast and often good comes from it. Part of your mission on this earth is to master the emotions. Planet earth is like a big school that you signed up for to experience your emotions and master them.
You're doing very well.
It's all in the allowing.
Your body is very connected to you, your thought's, feelings, what you watch on T.V, how you respond to things, what you read, what you eat, how you see the world and yourself in it.........ALL OF IT. Your cells are powerful little energy vortices that hear, sense, know and feel about everything. But a remarkable intelligent healing apparatus.
When you get out of your own way, it heals and thrives.
So start by paying attention to how you feel and how you process. That is how you begin to heal from the inside out.
